  • Where do your teas come from?

    Our teas all originate from the hallowed Jeju Island in South Korea.

    We aim to carry more teas from Korea's prestigious tea-growing regions of Boseong, and Jirisan in the future.

  • Where do you ship to?

    We ship across Canada, providing Free Shipping for all orders over $40.

    We also ship to the United States & Globally. Please contact us at contact@durumitea.com if shipping options do not appear when checking-out.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, for all Canadian orders over $50 CAD, and all US orders over $60 CAD. For international orders, we charge live market rates and you may select your preferred shipping partner at checkout.

  • Is your packaging sustainable?

    We use an innovative biodegradable NeoSoilon® teabag, a vacuum-sealed aluminium foil pouch for freshness, a recyclable & reusable steel tin, and a recyclable paper mailer.

    We encourage all our clients to do their part for the environment and compost, reuse, and recycle whenever possible.

  • How long will my tea last?

    For maximum freshness, we recommend using your tea within a year; however, as our teas are individually sealed you may find that they last longer than loose-leaf equivalents.

  • How long will shipping take? Which carriers do you use?

    Within Canada, we partner with Canada Post to deliver fast, convenient shipping across the country.

    Shipments to the US and across the Globe may be shipped via Canada Post/USPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Users can select their preferred partner and shipping speed at check-out.


    Please note, that for orders placed within the Christmas, New Year, Seollal, and Chuseok holidays we recommended ordering a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance. Thank You.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

    Yes. All orders will receive a tracking number upon fulfillment.
